The aim of our association is to enhance scientific activities
and exchange in the field of empirical aesthetics.The primary means to accomplish this are through biennial congresses and the official journal of the association Empirical Studies of the Arts. All studies which apply
scientific methods (i.e. empirical or experimental methods) in the investigation of
aesthetic and creative processes are welcome but, also, theoretical approaches are regarded to
be of relevance.
